The 400-square-foot two-story tiny house has a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen—all the essentials for everyday life. Downstairs, there’s space for a small couch or loveseat and a compact kitchen table, and the upstairs bedroom fits a bed, chair, and side table. The modern design combines wood and metal and features clean, sleek lines. One reviewer commented, “This has to be one of the most appealing tiny homes on the market.” The most unique aspect of the home is the outdoor spiral staircase that adds to its beautiful appearance. (One downside, though, is that the bedroom is only accessible via the outdoor staircase, so you’ll have to be prepared with an umbrella or coat to face the weather.)
